Ciccio Graziani Football Academy Partnership

Long Island Premier FC is extremely excited to announce a partnership with Ciccio Graziani Football Academy in Italy. Owned by non other than Francesco “Ciccio” Graziani, 1982 World Cup Champion with Italy.

Through the Ciccio Academy we'll be able to give our teams the opportunity to travel to Italy and play some of the best Seria A youth academies. In addition, our players will be evaluated by the academy coaches and top performing players will be invited back and given the opportunity to train and trial these same youth clubs. This unique opportunity is for our players who have the talent, passion, and desire to play amongst the best youth players in the world. That is not all, Francesco Graziani comes to us 1 or 2 times a year to train and evaluate our players and selects the top 3 players on each age group and invites them to travel to Italy for trials.

Having this opportunity will push our players to give their best any time they step on the field whether it is in training or games. but we also need to be realistic. Not every player will get invited to train with these academies. As we know, they look for the absolute best players. This is why we work so hard for our players in order to drive them to be the best they can be. 

This partnership is not only great for our players but also for the LI Premier FC coaches because they get to attend training sessions and learn the youth system as well as, get feedback from the academy coaches. We’ll be able to select a time during the year when we can send our coaches to spend time with one of the academies. As we did in January, 10 days with AS Roma.
